Summarize survey responses by theme
Group feedback by theme, see how many responses mention each one and read a few quotes for every theme.
Say “Sum up the last 200 responses on our website feedback form. What are people who scored 3 or lower complaining about?” Manus reads the responses in Typeform, groups them by theme, quotes a few, notes which devices the low scorers used and writes a report you can send to your team. It can also create a feedback form or change one you have. Ask to see the changes first, and it waits for your OK before publishing.

With Typeform MCP connected, Manus reads your Typeform responses, groups the feedback by theme and quotes two or three answers for each, so you see what people praise and what they complain about.
Group feedback by theme, see how many responses mention each one and read a few quotes for every theme.
Separate the complaints from the praise and rank them by how often they come up.
Run a Typeform AI analysis across two periods: which themes grew or shrank and how the average score moved.
Get your net promoter score with the split of promoters, passives and detractors. Then read the low score feedback: what those people said and which device they used.
Filter by score, then get the main complaints and a few quotes from those people.
Count low scores by phone, computer and tablet on any Typeform AI survey or NPS form, so you know where to look first.
See the score for each week with the share of promoters and detractors, and spot the week it dropped.
See each person’s answers to several questions together, with the device and the date. Manus finds combinations one chart can miss, such as a low score that mentions price, and adds them to your Typeform responses analytics report.
Match a score question with an open question, then count the matches and read a few.
Through the Typeform MCP server, see the average score for each plan and the reason people on each plan give most.
Get the findings, a chart and one clear next step in a report you can send as is. Get a fresh summary every Monday, or add the feedback to your CRM.

See the HubSpot connectorDescribe a new form in one sentence, or ask for a change to a form you have. Typeform keeps the edits in a draft until the form is published, and Manus can show you the changes first.
Name the questions you need, and Manus builds a Typeform AI form as a draft for you to check before it goes live.
Make a question required or move it. If the form is collecting responses, ask to see the changes first, since some edits can affect results you already have.
Typeform is already in Manus Connectors. Sign in once, and any task can read your forms and responses and, when you ask, create or edit a form.
In Manus, open Connectors, choose Typeform and select Connect.
Sign in with your Typeform account and accept the permissions it asks for. Manus can then use the forms, responses and contacts your account can open.
Mention Typeform and the form by name. Before it creates, edits or publishes a form, ask Manus to show you the changes and wait for your OK.
Open Connectors in Manus, choose Typeform and select Connect. Sign in with your Typeform account and accept the permissions it asks for. You’ll also see a second Typeform connector marked API: it uses a personal access token from your Typeform account to fetch responses and manage webhooks. Once connected, mention Typeform in any task, for example “Summarize this week’s responses on my website feedback form in Typeform.”
It depends on the form. Typeform works out counts, averages and NPS for the whole form, so those numbers cover every response. Manus reads the written answers page by page, so for a large form it helps to name a date range or a number, such as “the last 200 responses”. Which forms and features you can use depends on your Typeform account, plan and permissions.
Only when you ask. Typeform saves edits as a draft, and respondents see them only after the form is published. Ask Manus to show you the changes first, and it waits for your OK before it publishes. Typeform notes that some edits to a live form can affect the results you already have, so check them before you agree. Ask for the same check before it creates a form or changes contacts.
Yes. Describe the form you want, for example “a customer feedback form with name, email, a 0–10 recommend question and one open question”, and Manus creates it in Typeform. You can also upload a PDF and ask for a form based on it. Ask to see the draft first, and it waits for your OK before publishing.
Yes. Manus can turn the responses into a spreadsheet you download, or put them in Google Sheets if you’ve connected it. With HubSpot connected, it can match respondents to contacts by email and add their score and comment. Ask it to list the records it will change first, and it waits for your OK.
No. Typeform has its own AI features, which you use inside Typeform. Manus works with your Typeform forms and responses through the connector and carries the analysis further, into a report, a task or a spreadsheet, alongside the other tools you’ve connected.
Much the same. A Typeform ChatGPT integration or a Typeform Claude connector uses MCP, and Typeform in Manus is an MCP connector too. Connect it once in Manus Connectors, and any task can use it with your other connected apps, for example to write the report and update HubSpot in the same task.
Yes. Ask once and say when to run it, for example every Monday at 9 AM. Manus runs it as an automation and sends you the main comments from last week’s responses and how the scores moved.
Only what your Typeform account can open. When you connect, Typeform asks you to accept access to your forms, responses, contacts and automations. You can disconnect Typeform in Manus Connectors at any time.
