An Attio account brief before every call
Name the company. Manus reads its notes, emails, call recordings and open deals in Attio, then sums up what was said, what’s still open and what to ask next.
Connect Attio and ask “Where did we leave things with Acme?” before a meeting. Manus pulls the company’s notes, emails, call recordings and open deals into one brief. After the call, tell it what happened, and it logs the note, creates follow-up tasks and moves the deal to the next stage. It also finds contacts by title or region, merges duplicate records and runs reports like open deals by stage. For anything it creates, updates or merges, ask it to show the change first and wait for your OK.
Where did we leave things with Acme?
Use Manus as Attio AI for call prep. It reads the account’s history, finds the people who decide and pulls up what customers said about a topic.
Name the company. Manus reads its notes, emails, call recordings and open deals in Attio, then sums up what was said, what’s still open and what to ask next.
Ask who makes the decision at an account, or filter people and companies with the Attio MCP tools for search, such as VPs in London or Series B companies.
Ask which customers brought up a topic, such as enterprise pricing. Manus searches synced emails and recorded calls by meaning, not only exact words, and quotes each moment.
Tell Manus what happened in a few lines. It writes the note on the company and the deal in your Attio CRM, sets up the follow-up and can move the deal on. Ask it to list the changes first, and it waits for your OK.
Demo with Acme went well. They need SSO and a security review before they sign, and want pricing for 40 seats. I’ll send the security docs to Sam by Oct 21. Move the deal to Proposal. Show me the changes first and wait for my OK.
Paste or type what happened. Manus turns it into a clean note with decisions, concerns and next steps, and attaches it to the right records.
If the call was recorded in Attio, Manus reads the transcript and drafts the note. Ask to see the draft before it’s logged.
Change a deal’s stage, value or owner in plain words. Manus finds the right entry in your Attio pipeline. Ask it to list the change first, and it waits for your OK.
Every promise from the call becomes an Attio task with an owner, a due date and a link to the deal. Then ask what’s due this week.
Each task is linked to the right company or deal, with a due date and the teammate who owns it.
Ask what’s due, what’s late and what’s done. Manus can also move a deadline or mark a task complete when you say so.
Ask Manus to find people and companies that look like the same record. It shows which values the merged record keeps, so you can check before you ask it to merge.
Manus looks for companies that share a domain or a near-identical name, and people with the same email, then lists the pairs with a link to each record.
Pick the primary record. Where both records have a value, Attio keeps the primary one, and empty fields are filled from the other.
Count open deals by stage, see the average deal size by owner, and get the same numbers as a report every Monday morning.
Count deals and add up their value by stage, or see the average deal size by owner, straight from your Attio records.
Set it once as a scheduled task. Each Monday, Manus reads your Attio pipeline and sends the same report with last week’s changes.

Yes. Manus connects to the Attio CRM MCP server that Attio hosts, the same one behind the Attio Claude connector and the Attio ChatGPT integration. In Manus it’s already in Connectors, so there’s nothing to install or configure.
No. Manus creates, updates or merges records only when you ask. Every example on this page asks it to show the change first and wait for your OK, and you can ask the same in any request. It can only change what your Attio user is allowed to edit, and Attio logs every change made through MCP.
Only what you can. Manus signs in as your Attio user, so it works with the records, lists, notes and tasks your account can open, in your workspace and nowhere else. You can end the session in your Attio account settings or disconnect Attio in Manus Connectors.
Yes, if they’re in Attio. Emails synced through the Attio Gmail integration or from Microsoft 365, and calls recorded with Attio, can be searched by person, company, date or topic. Manus can also open a call transcript or a full email and quote the parts that matter.
The Attio MCP tools cover records and lists, notes, tasks, comments, meetings, call recordings, emails, workspace members and basic reports, plus read-only SQL queries on some Attio plans. You don’t pick tools yourself: ask in plain words and Manus chooses them.
The Attio CRM AI features work inside Attio. Manus uses your Attio data through the official connector and keeps it in one chat with the rest of your work, for example checking your calendar and inbox before a meeting, then writing the follow-ups back into Attio.
No. You don’t write code or create an API key. Sign in with your Attio account once in Connectors, and ask for what you need in plain words.
Yes. Connect Gmail or Slack in Manus as well. With Gmail, Manus writes the follow-up as a draft you can edit and send. With Slack, name the channel, for example “Post the call summary in #sales.” To check first, ask Manus to show you the message, and it posts after you say yes.
Yes. Connect Notion in Manus as well, then ask it to save the account brief or the call notes as a page in the Notion workspace you choose.
