Plan next week and block focus time
A time blocking AI that starts from your real calendar: Manus reads next week’s meetings and your to-do list, then proposes a focus block for each task in your open hours. Nothing is added until you click Create.
Manus is a Google Calendar AI assistant that works through the Google Calendar MCP connector with your own Google account. It’s a separate AI agent, not the AI built into Google Calendar, and it asks before it creates, changes or deletes an event.
Manus will continue after your confirmation (0/3).
Point Manus to an email or a Notion page with dates in it. It writes a short description for each item and prepares the events, and each one waits for your Create click.
Plan the week, schedule meetings with AI and walk into each one prepared. Each example below is one request.
A time blocking AI that starts from your real calendar: Manus reads next week’s meetings and your to-do list, then proposes a focus block for each task in your open hours. Nothing is added until you click Create.
Manus checks your work and personal calendars together, lists the times you’re free in both and drafts the reply in Gmail. No more going back and forth between an email thread and your calendar.
Use Manus as a meeting prep AI: it takes the attendee list from your calendar, reads the last 30 days of email with them and writes a one-page brief, so you walk into the call prepared.
Turn a month of Google Calendar events into a time report: Manus adds up the hours for meetings, focus work and one-on-ones, and points out the recurring meetings that take the most time.
Calendar automation that runs on its own: a plan every morning, or an AI meeting brief one hour before each meeting. Each run shows up in Manus Automations, where you can test or pause it.
Set it up once and Manus works as an AI daily planner: every weekday at 8:00 AM it reads today’s meetings and writes your plan, with what to prepare for each one and the free time you have left.
Use a trigger instead of a fixed time: when a meeting in your calendar is one hour away, Manus gathers context from your recent emails and writes a brief with the objective, open questions and talking points.
Every new, changed or deleted event shows up as a card in the task. Nothing changes in your calendar until you click.
Manus will continue after your confirmation (1/3).
Google Calendar is one of the MCP connectors built into Manus, so there’s no Google Calendar MCP server to host. Sign in with Google once, then mention it in any task.
Connect in three steps
Yes. Google Calendar is one of the connectors built into Manus. Connect it once with your Google account, then mention Google Calendar in a task. Manus works as an AI scheduler and planner: it finds open time, prepares events and gets you ready for meetings.
No. Manus is a separate AI agent, not a Google feature. It works in your calendar only after you connect your own Google account in Manus, and you can disconnect it at any time.
It can search your calendar, read event details and find open time. It can also prepare new events, changes and deletions, one or several at a time. Each one appears as a card in the task, where you can edit it before you click Create, Update or Delete.
No. Before an event is created, updated or deleted, Manus shows it as a card and waits. Nothing changes in your calendar until you click Create, Update or Delete, and Cancel leaves it as it was. When there are several events, Manus continues after you’ve answered every card.
You sign in with Google and approve access to your calendar. The connection uses OAuth 2.0, and you control what Manus can access. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Connectors.
Yes. Gmail and Google Calendar are separate connectors, so connect both. Then one task can use them together, for example to read the attendees of today’s meeting and your recent emails with them, or to answer a scheduling email with times you’re free.
Yes. Ask for it on a schedule, such as every weekday at 8:00 AM, and Manus prepares a brief for that day’s meetings with the agenda, open questions and what to prepare. You can also have it write a brief one hour before each meeting.
Yes. It plans from your real Google Calendar. Ask for a plan for tomorrow, or use it as a weekly planning AI that finds open time next week and blocks focus time for your top tasks. Focus blocks go on your calendar only after you click Create.
Ask Manus to check your Google Calendar, or your work and personal calendars together, for times you’re free. It lists the open slots, can draft a reply in Gmail that offers them, and prepares the event for you to create.
Yes. You can connect work, personal or client accounts. Manus can check several calendars in one task, and when it creates an event, you choose which account it uses.
Yes. Google Calendar is one of the prebuilt MCP connectors in Manus, so there’s no Google Calendar MCP server for you to host or configure. Sign in with Google once, then mention Google Calendar in your request.
