Who is eligible for this offer?
This offer is for Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above who participate in a selected SkillsFuture AI course and choose the Singtel AI Pass as their AI tool subscription.
What if I am already a paying Manus subscriber?
You can still claim the offer. Log in with your existing account and redeem your voucher. 4,000 credits will be added to your current subscription each month. Your existing subscription will not be refunded, shortened, or otherwise affected, whether you pay monthly or annually.
Where do I get my voucher code?
Voucher distribution details will be confirmed by Singtel.
How long do I have to use my voucher code?
The voucher validity window will be confirmed by Singtel.
Do I need to add a credit card?
No credit card is needed to activate the sponsored subscription.
What happens after the sponsored period?
If you do not have a subscription, your plan will end after the sponsored period. To continue on a paid plan afterwards, simply add a card and subscribe.
Can I redeem the offer inside the Manus mobile app?
No. Vouchers cannot be redeemed inside the mobile app. Open the campaign link in Safari, Chrome or another browser (mobile browsers work fine), then sign in to the Manus account you want to use.
I already subscribed through Apple or Google Play. What should I do?
The voucher cannot be applied to an account with an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Either wait for that subscription to end and redeem with the same account, or redeem now with a different Manus account.
Can I use the offer on a Team plan?
No. The offer applies to individual Manus plans only and cannot be combined with a Team subscription. Log in with your personal account to redeem.
Can I top up credits or buy add-ons during the sponsored period?
Yes. You can purchase additional credits and services at any time. You'll just need to add a credit card to your account before completing the purchase.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan during the sponsored period?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan by adding a credit card. You will get an added 4,000 credits as a bonus.
Why are my other credits being used before my Singtel sponsored credits?
Credits are automatically used in order of expiry, starting with those that expire soonest.
I already have temporary Manus access from another event. When should I redeem my Singtel code?
Wait until your current event access has expired before redeeming your Singtel code. This ensures you receive the full Singtel benefit: full Manus access and 4,000 credits per month.
What is Manus and how is it different from other AI agents?
Manus is a general AI agent, capable of many tasks - conducting research, creating websites, data analytics, building games, and more. Unlike single-model agents, Manus orchestrates multiple state-of-the-art models and picks the best one for each step. It is simple enough for anyone: plain-language instructions in, finished work out. Manus runs in the cloud, so tasks continue after you log off and any session can be shared with a link.
What do I get with this program?
This program gives 4,000 monthly credits for 3 months or 6 months if you decide to choose Manus for the second part of the program. You will get access to all Manus models including the most capable ones, up to 20 concurrent and 20 scheduled tasks, and full access to features like Wide Research, PowerPoint slides and connectors.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Describe what you want in plain language and Manus plans and executes the task.
Will Manus work with the tools I already use?
