Turn meeting notes into Trello cards
Manus reads your notes, makes one card per to-do and puts it on the board you name, with the person and due date mentioned.
Connect your Trello account and Manus turns a plan or meeting notes into a board and cards, tells you what’s due or overdue this week, moves cards, adds checklists, assigns people and writes comments. It sorts your Inbox into the right boards and writes recaps of finished work. It can archive cards, but never permanently deletes them.
Paste a plan, meeting notes or an email thread. As a Trello AI integration, Manus turns each to-do into a card with an owner, a due date and a checklist when there are steps.

Yes. Trello’s built-in automation, also called Butler, runs the rules, buttons and scheduled commands you set up on a board, such as archiving a card when it moves to Done. Manus is for work that needs reading the cards: turning notes into cards, sorting your Inbox or writing a recap across boards. To repeat that work, ask Manus to run it as a scheduled task.
Yes, through Trello Planner. When you connect a Google or Outlook calendar to Planner, Manus can read those events and link cards to them. Creating focus time needs Premium or Enterprise.
