How do I connect Jotform to Manus?
Open Connectors in Manus, choose Jotform and select Connect. Sign in to your Jotform account and approve access. Manus can then work with the forms and submissions in that account. If your account is part of a Jotform team workspace, a workspace admin has to install the Jotform MCP app first.
Is this the official Jotform MCP server?
Yes. The Jotform connector in Manus uses the MCP server that Jotform hosts, and Jotform lists Manus among its supported clients. With it, Manus can find your forms, create and edit forms, read and filter submissions, and assign a form to someone by email.
How do I use an AI form builder with Jotform?
Say who the form is for, what you need to collect and which fields are a must, for example “a sign-up form for our design workshop with name, email, session choice and dietary needs.” Manus creates it in your Jotform account and sends you the link. Then keep going in the same task: add a question, change options or make a field required.
Can Manus edit a form I’ve already shared?
Yes. It can add or remove questions, change options and wording, and make fields required. Changes are saved to the form itself, so anyone who opens its link sees the new version. Ask Manus to list the changes first and wait for your OK, as the edit example on this page does.
Can Manus read responses I already have?
Yes. It can read submissions to the forms in your Jotform account, including older ones, and filter them by date. Name the form or paste its link so it picks the right one.
Can Manus add payment or e-signature fields?
Manus builds and edits forms from your description with Jotform’s form tools. For fields that need extra setup, such as payments, which need a connected payment account, or e-signatures, add or check them yourself in the Jotform Form Builder.
Is this the same as the Jotform AI form builder?
No. Jotform AI is built into Jotform and creates forms from a prompt in your workspace. Manus doesn’t replace it. It connects to your account from outside, so one task can build the form, read the responses, make a report and pass the results to your other apps. You can use both.
Is Manus related to Jotform AI Agents?
No. Jotform AI Agents is Jotform’s own product for building AI customer service agents. This page is about Manus working with your forms and submissions. They’re separate products.
Do I need Claude or ChatGPT to use Jotform MCP?
No. Jotform also offers a Jotform Claude connector and a Jotform ChatGPT app. Guides on Jotform Claude integration, a “Jotform MCP Claude” setup or the “Jotform ChatGPT integration” describe those. In Manus, Jotform is already in Connectors: sign in once, then ask in any task.
Is this the same as the Jotform integration with Google Sheets?
No. That integration is set up in Jotform and adds each new submission to a sheet as it arrives. Manus reads the responses when you ask and works with them: a summary, charts, an Excel report or a list of people to follow up with. You can keep both.
Does Jotform MCP cost extra or have limits?
The Jotform MCP server comes at no extra charge with your Jotform plan, and your plan’s usual limits still apply. Requests follow the same per-minute limits as the Jotform API. Manus credits are separate.
Will my form responses be made public?
No. Your Jotform connection belongs to your account, and task content and app data stay private until you share them. If you share a task, connector output is hidden in the shared view. Your forms and submissions stay in your Jotform account.
Can I disconnect Jotform later?
Yes. Open Connectors in Manus, select Jotform and choose Disconnect. You can also revoke access in Jotform under Connected Apps. Disconnecting doesn’t change your forms or submissions.
