Turn Google Sheets sales data into a Google Docs report
Manus adds up the revenue, ranks the biggest deals, breaks the total down by rep and writes a formatted report you can share with a link.
Connect Google Workspace once, then just ask Manus. It creates new sheets, updates rows and tabs, and turns the numbers into reports, decks and dashboards. There’s nothing to install.
Use Manus as your Google Sheets AI: point it at a sheet, and it reads the rows, does the math and writes the result as a document or a deck.
Manus adds up the revenue, ranks the biggest deals, breaks the total down by rep and writes a formatted report you can share with a link.
Manus reads a quarterly results sheet and builds a fully formatted deck with charts, then saves it straight back to Google Drive.
Automate Google Sheets chores you repeat every month. Add a time to your request and it runs as a scheduled task.
Manus duplicates last month’s tab, renames the copy and clears the Actual and Notes columns. Every header and formula stays in place.
Drop receipts into a Google Drive folder. Manus adds them to your sheet and publishes a dashboard you can share with a link.
Each week Manus reads the new images and PDFs, pulls out the vendor, amount, category and date, adds a row for each and refreshes a live dashboard with weekly spend, categories and top vendors.
Work across tabs, files and your inbox in one request. Manus can use Google Workspace next to Gmail and your other connectors in the same task.
Manus reads across tabs, matches rows by an ID and tells you which ones are missing or different.
Manus finds vendor invoices in your inbox, adds a row to your budget sheet for each one and files the PDFs in a Google Drive folder.
Google Sheets is part of the built-in Google Workspace connector in Manus. There’s nothing to install or host, and you choose what Manus can reach.
Open Connectors in Manus and select Google Workspace. It’s one connector for Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms.
Pick a level for each service. Read lets Manus search and read without editing. Full lets it read and write.
Select Authenticate with Google and approve access. Then mention Google Sheets or paste a sheet link in your request.
No need to switch to a new AI spreadsheet app or paste a CSV into a chat. Manus opens the sheet in your Google Drive, changes it in place and keeps your headers and formulas. The same sign-in covers Google Docs and Google Slides too, for example to replace text in a section or update speaker notes.
How Manus connectors workManus works in your spreadsheets through the built-in Google Workspace connector. Once you connect, it can create spreadsheets, read and cross-reference data across tabs, update cells and rows, and duplicate or rename tabs while keeping headers and formulas. There’s nothing to install.
No. Manus is a separate AI agent. You connect your Google account to Manus once, then ask in Manus, and it opens and edits your sheets for you. In the same task it can also use Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides and your other connected apps.
In Manus, open Connectors and choose Google Workspace. Set Google Sheets to Read or Full, turn on any other Google services you want, then select Authenticate with Google and approve access. After that, mention Google Sheets or paste a sheet link in your request, or start from an example on this page.
Yes. Describe the sheet you want, such as a content calendar or a list built from your files, and Manus creates it in your Google Drive, fills in the rows and sends you the link. It can also add tabs to existing spreadsheets and keep them up to date.
You don’t need to set up a Google Sheets MCP server. Google Sheets comes with the Google Workspace connector that’s already built into Manus, so there’s nothing to install or host. Connect it in Connectors, sign in with Google and any task can use it. If you run your own MCP server for another tool, you can add it in Connectors with Custom MCP.
Only the services you turn on, at the level you choose. Off means Manus can’t see it, Read means it can search and read but never edit, and Full means it can read and write. Sign-in uses Google’s standard OAuth 2.0, so Manus only has the permissions you grant. Files are accessed in an isolated sandbox for the duration of your task and aren’t kept after it ends. You can disconnect Google Workspace in Connectors at any time.
Manus only acts on what you ask it to do. Before a destructive move like deleting a file, it asks you to confirm, and anything deleted stays in your Google Drive Trash for 30 days. If you only need reports and summaries, set Google Sheets to Read.
Yes. Put the timing in your request, such as every Friday at 5 PM or the 1st of every month, and Manus sets it up as a scheduled task that reads and updates your sheet on each run. Your scheduled tasks are listed in Automations.
Yes. The Google Drive connector was upgraded to Google Workspace, so Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Forms now connect through a single connector. In Connectors, look for Google Workspace.
Yes. With the same connection, Manus can replace text, insert paragraphs into a specific section and reply to comments in Google Docs. In Google Slides, it can replace placeholder text across a deck, add a slide in a specific position, update speaker notes and reorder slides.
Yes. The Google Workspace connector supports multiple accounts, and you can link up to 10 Google accounts at the same time.
