Manus has formally resumed independent operations. Our founding team will continue to lead the company, with a relentless commitment to product innovation and advancing general AI agents for our users worldwide.

For some users, this transition required backing up and restoring data, as well as navigating a temporary interruption to access. We know this took you additional time and effort, and we are very grateful for your patience and trust.
If you backed up your data but have not yet restored it, please do so through the restoration portal. There is no deadline to restore and full instructions are available in our Data Back Up and Restoration Help Center. Users who were not affected by these measures do not need to take any action.
What comes next
We are entering this next chapter with the same drive to innovate that has shaped Manus from the beginning. As an independent agent lab, we will continue to push the boundaries of what general AI agents can do, turning new capabilities into products that help you take on complex tasks and accomplish more in your day-to-day life and work.
Next, you will see Manus become more deeply embedded in your everyday workflows, interact more directly with the world around you, and act more proactively on your behalf.
