Introducing Meeting Minutes

Imagine you can go from a real-time conversation to a finished slide deck, website, or social media collateral, all in one flow.
Great meetings spark ideas and decisions. But once they end, progress often slows. Notes sit in one tool, action items get copied to another, and turning discussion into real work becomes a disconnected process.
What if the output of your meeting wasn't just a document, but the starting point for getting the work done?
Today, we're introducing Meeting Minutes, a new feature that turns conversation into action. It transforms your real-time discussions into structured notes that serve as a launchpad for immediate execution.

What Meeting Minutes Does

With a single tap, you can record any in-person meeting, interview, or monologue. Once you're done, Manus analyzes the conversation and delivers a structured summary of what matters: the key points, the attendees, and a clear breakdown of to-dos.

Key Capabilities

Intelligent Speaker Recognition: Manus identifies different speakers and recognizes when names are mentioned, assigning action items with greater accuracy.
Seamless End-to-End Execution: Use your meeting notes as the living context to create deliverables, like presentations, websites, or social media assets, all within the same task.
Collaborative Execution: Invite anyone (e.g., those in the meeting) to the Manus task. Go from discussion to final output as a team, all in one shared space.
Resilient, Uninterrupted Capture: Record with confidence, knowing you'll never lose a great idea. Meeting Minutes continues to record even if your internet connection drops.

How to Use It

To start recording:
1.Click the Meeting Recording icon
2.Record your conversation. Auto transcription appears.
3.When the meeting is over, click on Finish. Manus will automatically summarize your meeting.
Meeting Minutes

Meeting Minutes allows you to seamlessly capture, understand, and act on your conversations. It closes the gap between what is said and what gets done, turning your discussions into immediate, tangible outcomes.
