Introducing Manus in Your Chat : Your Personal Agent, Everywhere You Are

Today, we're introducing Manus Agents — a new way to access and use Manus directly inside your messaging apps. Telegram is the first supported channel. Manus Agents with Telegram support is available today to all users across all subscription tiers, with more platforms coming soon.
The idea of a personal AI agent in chat isn't new — but in practice, most solutions require complex setup, ongoing maintenance, and unpredictable costs. That makes them hard for most people to actually use.
Manus Agents is designed to remove that overhead, so you can focus on what the agent can do, not how to run it.
What Manus Agents Is
Just open the Agents tab, connect your account, and start chatting.
This is not a lightweight chatbot add-on. It's the same Manus — with full reasoning, tools, and multi-step task execution — now available through chat. Core web capabilities are supported here.
The goal is simple: your agent should be accessible wherever you already communicate — just one message away.

Connect in seconds
Open the Agents tab in your Manus workspace, scan a QR code, and link Telegram in about a minute. No command lines, configuration files, or API tokens required.
Run full Manus tasks from chat
Your agent can launch multi-step tasks using the same core Manus capabilities. From research and data processing to structured reports and PDFs, requests can be started — and results delivered — directly in chat.

Work with voice, images, and files
Send voice messages, photos, and documents. Your agent can transcribe, understand intent, generate edits or variations, and return outputs directly in the conversation without manual file handling.
Set your communication style
You can specify how your agent should respond — concise, structured, or more conversational — and it will follow that preference across interactions.
Choose your model
Switch between Manus 1.6 Max for deeper reasoning and creative work, or Manus 1.6 Lite for faster everyday tasks. Both support end-to-end task completion, with different speed and depth tradeoffs.

How to Get Started
Getting started with Manus Agents takes four steps:

2.Click Connect.
3.Scan the QR code with your phone, or click the link to open the chat.
4.Start messaging. Your agent is ready.
That is it. No terminal. No config files. No server.
Manus Agents is the beginning of a broader shift in how you interact with your personal AI. The agent should not live behind a login screen — it should be wherever you are, ready the moment you need it.

Q: Is it safe? Can Manus read my other Telegram chats?
A: Your Manus agent only has access to the messages you send directly to it in your private chat. It cannot see, read, or interact with any of your other conversations, groups, or contacts.
Q: Can my agent handle tasks that require multiple steps or tools?
A: Yes. Your agent can orchestrate sub-tasks behind the scenes, each with access to the full Manus toolkit. A single request can trigger research, code execution, document generation, and delivery — all within the same chat thread.
Q: Can I send voice messages?
A: Yes. Your agent transcribes voice messages, interprets the request, and takes action. You can manage tasks, set up automations, or ask questions entirely by voice.
Q: What other messaging apps will be supported?
A: Telegram is our first supported channel. Support for additional messaging platforms is actively in development, and we will share updates as they become available.
Q: Does it work with my existing Manus projects and skills?
A: Yes. Your agent through Manus Agents has access to the same projects, skills, connectors, and configurations you have set up in the Manus web experience. Everything carries over.
